On Target Firearms Training provides high quality, in-depth training with the goal of producing competent, safe, and responsible firearms users. We specialize in offering the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC / PAL) and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC / RPAL), and ensure small class sizes to enhance learning and provide individualized attention to students.

Michael Gagne is a certified Canadian Firearms Safety Course instructor and has over 25 years of experience in law enforcement. Michael has gained significant experience as a firearms instructor in his career, certifying Officers annually and instructing training courses. He enjoys helping people succeed, and is perceptive to different learning styles and abilities. He is passionate about teaching and strives to provide engaging, informative, and enjoyable courses.
